I came up with this idea after visiting a tourist attraction in my city. I noticed a large amount of litter scattered around rubbish bins and along the walkway. As a result, the area looked much less attractive than it should have been. So therefore, I strongly believe that if the government introduced this law and imposed penalties on people who failed to follow it, the environment would become cleaner and healthier in the future.
