I would like to talk about a new law I want to implement in Vietnam. As I know, Vietnam has a serious issue with online abuse, particularly directed towards celebrities on platforms like TikTok and Facebook. I believe the government should implement a law banning people from writing negative and harmful comments about celebrities on social media. These comments often take a very harsh tone and can have a significant impact on the celebrities' mental and emotional well-being. Currently, there are no real punishments for people who write toxic comments in my country. This lack of accountability can lead to serious consequences, including physical and mental health issues for celebrities, and even physical attacks from anti-fan groups in the real world. Celebrities often feel stressed, strained, and exhausted due to this online harassment. From my perspective, the online space could be significantly improved in a positive direction if the government implemented this law. I believe that citizens would be willing to cooperate with the government and obey this rule because it would create a healthier digital ecosystem. This would make cyberspace more helpful and provide more useful information for citizens.

So, yes, so I think the government should ban people who write negative comments on social media towards celebrities on, um, TikTok or Facebook. These comments have taken a tone on the celebrities and, you know, um, in my country, don’t m. Have any punishment for people who write a toxic comments. So, yeah, it may be a flag. A lot of in the, uh, physical and mental ailments even have some, um, figures can have the physical attacks from anti fan groups in the real world. And so here they may be very stressed, streain and exhausted. So, um, from my perspective, the space can be changed a lot in a positive direction. If the government then this law. And on the top of that, I, um, think, uh, the citizens are willing to cooperate with the government to, um, obey this rule because it can create a healthy digital ecosystem and which helps cyberspace be more helpful and provide a useful information for citizens.
