I would like to talk about our international food, which is dolma. It's a traditional food in Azerbaijan, and we make it on special occasions. What I particularly like about this food is that it's quite affordable, but it takes quite a lot of time. In Azerbaijan, I strongly associate it with why people love these foods because of the meat base. In Azerbaijan, we really eat meat-based food. We make this food not only on special occasions, but also on the table spread. Actually, I think that dolma represents more than just food. It takes quite a lot of time, so when we want to gather our relatives or my friends' group, my mom makes this food for us. So I associate this food with Azerbaijanis when they want to show their respect and hospitality; they make this food. In my mind, this food has a special role. It's really popular in other parts of the country, and a large group loves dolma a lot.
