Hirings based on nepotism and recommendations by someone like, um, a favorite employee or maybe a bureaucrat in a country or someone influential in the corporate sector always bring the downfall to the company and, uh, cumulatively to the country as well. So, um, this law will actually bring about a lot of changes on both aspects, be it, um, on the interviewer side or be it on the interviewee side. So, uh, for in an organization, this will actually foster the, um, fact that people who are talented and have skill set in their hand are promoted and have a fair chance to compete with other individuals. While on the other hand, students who believe that they have some influential uncle or some influential bureaucrat with them, they would not study or, you know, put in as much efforts they would have to under their undergraduate tenure. So, um, there will be, you know, a constant effort on the both sides so that right people gets to the right place. Um, I came upon this, um, law and this thinking when I graduated in 2024. And I used to go to every other place, dropping my cv’s and resume appearing in interviews. But I fail to get higher and still I’m between jobs. It? S just because of the fact that, um, even in my alma matter, where they were appeared vacancy. I came to the fact that they based hirings based on the fact that the children or the dentist or the young graduates were from the Navy background and had some strong connections in the background. So this, um, this made me, you know, wonder about my existence. And seldom have I seen such things before, but when I actually saw them, I felt really bad about it.
