Give me opinion about the newly enacted law in 2024 which relating to the traffic. So basically one of its most renowned article is to increase the fine for passing the red light and the yellow light also in Vietnam. So I think it’s fantastic because it helps the citizens to be more aware of the consequences that if they violate the law they will be heavily fined and it has such a heavy fee that it could discourage citizens from violating the law. And it also reduced the chance of citizens passing through the red light to cause accidents which is detrimental to the well-being of society. But however I want to change one article in this newly enacted law which has forbidden people from supervising the police using a camera or some device that has a camera on it. The people is banned from recording the police and I think this should be changed because if no one supervises the police they could use their right to exploit the people and if no one is there to manage them they could find unreasonably fees and got bribed through it. I think it’s detrimental to our society and it should be stopped immediately.
