She is none other than my grandmother. Since she is passionate about botany, she knows all in and out of agriculture. However, she is more interested in planting and growing distinct types of flowers such as dumb cane, zizi plant, snake plant and so on. What she really adores is Devil’s Ivy. She confesses, I can clearly remember, once she confesses that Devil’s Ivy is her most favorite plant as it doesn’t require deep care. What I mean is it needs neither fertilizer nor pesticide, it just needs to be watered fortnightly. Moreover, it filters out impurities in the atmosphere. What’s more, she believes if she keeps a Devil’s Ivy at home, it will bring good luck and money for her. Despite all of these positive aspects of Devil’s Ivy, there is just one minor negative aspect that she likes about it, which is pruning. Growing rapidly, this flower needs pruning regularly. Overall, I would like to follow in her footsteps and become like her as she is a positive person and a good guide for me.
