One person who is absolutely obsessed with books is my friend Simon. I’ve known Simon for over a decade. Uh, we met back in middle school. Simon loves to read many kinds of books. For example, encyclopedia, fiction, biography and history. I remember the time he talked about the biography of Steve Jobs to me. Uh, but I think his favorite was fiction. He always took a book with him no matter where he went. And I remember our middle school was a boarding school, so everyone was required to live in the school’dormitory. And Simon shared a room with me. He would bring an mp3 to school and, um, download many ebooks so that he could read the, uh, ebooks on the gidget little screen and sometimes listen to them like, uh, audiobooks. After the lights were turned off at night, Simon would listen to the audiobooks until he fell asleep. I can definitely tell his quas about books because he always talks about, um, the books he has recently readitted to me.
