As you know, that we’re living hectic life and We want 2 good time management. That’s why morning routine is very important for me. And he said to us, first of all, you need to have a good evening greeting. There are very simple rule and the rule called 123 rule before 3 are you got bad, you shouldn’t eat anything. And before 2 hours, you got bad, you shouldn’t drink anything. He’s, uh, he explained like that. You don’t want to go to the toilet while you’re sleeping and That’s why you shouldn’t drink anything. And before 1 hour, you got bad. You shouldn’t watch or use your telephone or something like that because you need to preservation your eyes from the light if you want to have a good sleep. Then after that, when you go to to your room and after sleep, When you and after that, when you wake up, you shouldn’t look your phone again, and you need to do something which is very which is very important for you because this was the very good time for your uh, creativity. That’s why this you need to use this time very well. And if you have a chance, you need to wake up, like, 5 AM That was, uh, this will be really good as he mentioned earlier.
