I would like to give a vivid description of a person I know of working very hard and the person in the picture is my mother. My mother is a farmer, a full time farmer. All through since I was young, my mom has been a farmer. She has raised us together with my father who passed on some three years ago after we had grown up somehow. They have all raised us up through farming. And I know my mom so well because I’ve seen her do what she does since I was a young girl. I am the first born daughter of four in my family. And talking about growing up, I have been the one who has experienced most of the things happening in my family. And so for now 27 years I have seen my mother walking hard as a farmer. She has overcome the challenges. She has gone through a lot. However, she has been able to stand and keep going in her farming journey. The reason why I think my mom is working hard or my mom is a very industrious woman is that even after my father passed away, she kept on the spirit. She did not give up. She did not just lie down and say, I’ve lost a partner. I’ve lost a helper. But she stood up. She collected herself back again and took the family journey very seriously. she continued to provide for us as her children we have never lacked and every day I wake up I see my mother still working hoping that things will get better and of course things will get better because the way she really struggles the way she really does her work so organized and everything goes well with her she feeds our village I can see whatever she produces is enough to and I can see her having dreams of feeding her nation someday in her farming journey.
