We can see many chefs working in the restaurants and I would like to talk about one such person who really cooks well and I am great admirer of her and she is none other than my mother. She cooks the best in the entire world. Well, she can cook a variety of cuisines but her go-to food is traditional Indian cuisines and to mention that my favorite, the top notch is Rajma Chawal and it is favorite of me and my siblings and moreover there is a tradition called Kanjak Poojan in which we have to give Halwa to the nine girls from our neighborhood and even those girls they really appreciate my mother’s culinary skills and she loves to cook for our family and moreover on the special occasions during the festivals and parties she prefers to cook for the relatives and friends and I think that cooking is more than a hobby for her because she believes that it is a way to express her immense love and care for everyone and she really feels satisfied and contented after seeing the smiles on everyone’s faces after having the mouthwatering delicacies prepared by her so I have never seen anyone in my life who spent relentless hours in the kitchen just to bring the smile on someone’s face so mothers are indeed very special
