I’ve achieved a lot of goals throughout my life and, currently, I’m working on an important goal which is to get my nurse license in the United States. I wish I could work as a nurse in here and take care of patients and, through my experience, improve the quality of life of the population. There are two main prerequisites to becoming a nursing here. First of all, you need to have a good grade in an English proficiency test. To work on that, I ordered two books from the Curran Bridge University. And they had a lot of exercise and tasks that I’ve been using to improve my reading and listening. In addition to that, there are a lot of materials available on the Internet, and I also have been practicing with this material. And to improve a little bit more my reading, I’ve been reading newspapers daily. For my speaking, I’ve been recording myself answering random questions and after I listened back to notice which kind of vocabulary I should use and as well improve my grammar. And for my writing, I’ve been writing one essay daily and I sent to my teacher who corrects and sent back to me. I’ve been practicing for one year and I believe it hasn’t had easy. because English is not my first language, but I think the effort will be worth it.
