So there's this picture I absolutely love. It was taken in Hong Kiem Lake, right in the heart of Hanoi. I remember it was shot during one of those early morning walks, probably around 6:00 a.m. back when I was in high school. The photographer was actually my best friend, La. She's into photography and always carries a camera around. This particular photo captures the moment the sun has just risen, casting a golden glow over the lake. The iconic turtle tower is right in the center, and you can see a few locals doing their morning exercise around the lake. There's this mist hanging over the water, giving the whole scene a dreamlike quality.
