Sincerely, I remember there was a time when I was improving myself, gaining new experiences, learning some languages, doing some sports, and enhancing myself in various ways. During that time, I was really into watching podcasts, and there was one man who was talking about how to reach the mountain. In order to reach the mountain, you have to do it in a balanced and stable way. I was like, what? Because that was my first experience with this concept. I had no idea how to expand it or improve it. The advice was about how to get there in the future. I thought, oh, I've been doing all these things, and I have no idea how to expand. That was really good advice, to be honest, because I thought, whoa, yeah, that's true. As a teenager, I had no idea how to expand, and I realized this was really true. I had to do it in a stable and balanced way. I remember I was doing one thing for two hours one day and only one hour the next day. That was not balanced; that was not stable. Some days, I thought, oh, yesterday I did two hours, today I did one hour, so I can't afford to not do it tomorrow. When I heard this kind of advice from this person about doing it in a stable and balanced way, I thought, yeah, this is right. I have to do it in a stable and balanced way to make it a routine in my daily life. So, why didn't I follow it? It seemed to me I was a kid, and I had no experience to remind myself that I had to do it the right way. I thought, oh, this is kind of adrenaline, so I was just doing it.
