For the past three years I am working as an engineer at a private tech company. So there I have been working with my mentor for around two years after that he left for another company. But during that time he gave me a lot of advice and a lot of facilities you can say. Among those one of the advice really helped me to build my career up to this point. So the advice was to talk less and work more. So he said that because to work in an office, to cope up in an office culture and office politics, you have to understand what each people wants to do and what they are aiming to do or is a bad influence for you. So using his advice I got a lot of chance to notice people, observe people, how they work, how they talk, how they do things. So this advice really helped me throughout the years when I’m still working out there it helped me to get a promotion easily and with a big jump in my salary of course and this advice I got from him was like around two years ago and it has really changed my life since then.
