Today I want to talk about a valuable piece of advice that I received a couple of months ago while I was preparing a major exam. At that time I was both mentally and physically exhausted from my different extra lessons and endless scrolling social media. To give you a real example, I used to tell myself I would have a 5 minute break. After it, I scrolled for an hour on Instagram or TikTok by watching short videos and release. Not only did I ate my study time but also left me and leaving me both mental and physical drained next morning. After some time I met my friend of mine, Carla Parizota. we had a deep and meaningful conversation about academic pressure and hope to stick to the schedule. In addition, she gave me a simple and powerful suggestion that helped me a lot. For instance, she said that I should delete my Instagram and TikTok immediately and focus on my studies. taking her advice seriously, I’d uninstall it immediately. Also, it was a bit unusual for me. After some time, I realized that it was very beneficial advice that resulted in not only improve my daily concentration but also my overall score so a significant boost to sum up also it was a short brief advice it was a real game changer that helped me to stay motivated in such a way to determination as well as pursue my angles effectively.
