I'm going to talk about advice I received from my mom recently. This advice was about perceiving things that seriously end up overthinking. Something that I cannot change anymore. She gave me this advice in my quiet, challenging pre-Udivive. In my early youth, I was studying abroad and didn't have enough sleep, which made me very stressed. So this advice is very relevant to my lifestyle because I used to put a lot of effort into anything I do, whether it's study, job, or sport, for example. This can be quite motivating at some point because you're trying to do better and better again and again, even if you fall. But at the same time, it can be very disruptive for self-esteem because when you have something that you cannot overcome, of course, you might think that something is wrong with you. And yeah, this advice is very relevant and actually helped me to overcome my stress and this feeling of despair during the exams.
