I would like to say that the use of technology has increased widely over the last few years. Most people are now dependent on technology because nowadays our world is fully dependent on automation. So people like to do their chores automatically rather than doing them manually. Every technology has pros and cons, so it depends on the person who is using it. I would like to say that the technology I use the most is obviously my laptop and mobile phone, both. But conveniently speaking, the mobile phone is a more economical option because I can spend less and do more through the mobile phone. It has various uses, like I can use it to connect with my family and entertain myself through social media apps, and so many other kinds of games are now available where I can play games and connect socially with so many other people. But as far as I am concerned with its disadvantages, you can't deny them. With the passage of time, we are more dependent on the mobile phone and we are very busy with it. We connect socially with people on mobile phones, but we are unable to connect with people when we meet them physically or verbally. So I think it has created a communication barrier between families living together, with people spending more time on mobile phones. Secondly, the UV radiation coming out from the mobile phone is badly influencing the health of people. Specifically, I would say eyes, it badly damages the eyes, retina, and you face severe eye damage. I think it depends on the person who is using it. How do you use it? It depends. I think using two hours a day is enough for a person. So it should be used in moderation, but we can't deny its benefits either.
