The building of the executive power, I think, is different from other places for its tranquility and its relaxing feature. There are many cafes there and they are really captivating, but these cafes are also serene environment as there are few people who come there. Also, out of the cafes, there is a good scene and there are many trees and plants. It’s really peaceful, even many people come there to walk and to speak with their friends. It has really peaceful environment. I go there once a week with my friends. We ride a bicycle or we walk there with my friends. It’s different because other places in my city are really busy and crowded, but this place is not crowded and it’s a quiet place. I go to cafes with my friends and we do other tasks or we speak together or we play some games in cafes. These are really beautiful.
