Well, I would like to talk about my current neighborhood. I have lived here for 10 years. When I first arrived, 50% of the area was empty and this neighborhood was quite peaceful and calm. The road was not well organized, not smooth enough, and the walkway was broken. In my neighborhood, it was fully vibrant and there were so few people. However, currently, many commercial buildings, grocery stores, and restaurants have been built. Now, it's slightly crowded. Many people live here, and currently, 10% of the place remains empty. In my opinion, it has more advantages than before because everything is quite near, within walking distance. I love it, and I accept the slight disadvantage regarding the increased crowding.
