Well, there are many places that I would particularly like to visit during my holidays. One of them is the beach. It can be in Colombo or any place in the country that I love to visit. I enjoy going to the coastal sides of Sri Lanka because it refreshes my mind. Living in an urban area near Colombo, I always hear the sounds of vehicles and noisy things, so I need to be in a natural environment. I love to visit the beach, where I can sit down, watch the sun setting, and admire the sky. That's all I need to feel settled when I don't feel relaxed. If I am feeling depressed, I would go for a walk on the beach for many hours. Once, I went to Kumana National Park, where we had a safari experience. There was a place to stay for a while, and we had to get down from our safari jeep. We had enough time to visit the beach and enjoy the sea waves, which was a very calming experience. I felt like I was in heaven; it was a beautiful experience. I can stay there for a long period, around 2 to 3 hours, as it gives me fresh air to breathe, unlike at home. I felt very free to walk there. That's it.

So it can be in Colombo, it can be in any place of the country that I love to visit beach, daily basis or once a week or whenever I go on a trip I like to go to Costa Sides of Sri Lanka because it refreshes my mind because I was in an urban area near to Colombo that I always hear sounds of vehicles and noisy things so I need to be with the environment so I love to go to beach visit so I just go there and I want to sit down on the beach and watch the sun setting and the sky that’s all that’s enough to settle me when I didn’t when I don’t feel any relaxation to my mind oh I was depressed I would go for a walk on the beach for many hours so once I went to Kumana National Park so we had the safari experience and there’s a place to stay for some period so we had to get down from our safari jeep and we had enough time to visit the beach and the sea waves that so that’s very mind-storming session so I was like I was in the heaven so it was a beautiful experience so I can stay there for long period of time around 2 to 3 hours so it gives me fresh air to breath other than in my home so I was feel very free to work there that’s it
