One memorable place where I saw a variety of animals was wildlife century. That is, Jim Corbett Wildlife Century which is located in Jharkhand, India. I went there. I visited the park about a year ago during my winter break with a group of friends. This century was quite large and offers a safari experience where visitors are taken into the secure van through the different zones of the park where animals roam freely in their natural habitat. During the safari we saw lions, tigers, deers and even bears. It was the first time when I had seen these animals up close, especially the big cats. It was both exciting and a bit of intimidating to see a tiger walking close to the vehicle. There was a butterfly park and a small zoo within the century. A very special species of birds and small mammals such as peacocks, crocodiles and monkeys were there. I felt amazed and a bit of emotional during the visit. It was an eye-opening view to see such animals in more of the natural environment rather than cramped cages. I also appreciate the importance of wildlife, conservation and centuries plays a key role in protecting endangered species. It was overall a fascinating and educational experience and I would love to visit it again.
