At that moment, I used to be quite shy, especially when I speak in English in front of my classmates. I would avoid answering the questions because I was really afraid of making mistakes. One day while she was explaining the topic she noticed that I wasn’t participating much and then she encouraged me to speak and told me that mistakes were a natural part of learning. Before I met her, I had never thought that English could actually be more enjoyable and simple. And so, let me tell you about her in a little more detail. She is tall, elegant woman with a dark hair and a warm smile. She usually dresses formally, but she is very friendly, approachable in terms of personality, She is supportive, patient and enthusiastic and she has a great sense of humor. And if you ask me, she is popular because she genuinely cares about her students. And she always treats students with respect and never makes weaker students feel embarrassed. And as far as I’m concerned, a great teacher is someone who can inspire her or his students to believe in themselves. With regards to the future, I would say that I’m going to use many of the things she told me especially when I communicate in English and I hope that her teaching methods will continue to influence me. Overall she is a teacher that I really appreciate and will remember.
