Well, I think the most positive change that I have made recently is waking up early in the morning. Actually, I am not an early bird, so I used to go to bed late and wake up in the afternoon. My daily routine before was to study English, but recently I have had to study English to prepare for the IELTS test because I have been interested in studying abroad as an exchange student. So, these days I wake up early to study English, such as memorizing vocabulary or listening to IELTS tests. Yes, I think it makes me feel fresher in the morning because I have much more time in the morning, so I can do a lot of things during that time. It makes me feel energized to do something. I also exercise in the morning after I have my breakfast. Well, if I finish the IELTS test, I would like to keep this routine because I think it is helpful for me.
