A small but positive change I made in my daily routine is not to skip my sleeping hours. The change might look like really small but the impact it had on my day to day life was vast. I usually used to feel like drained, exhausted all the time because of how much of the midnight oil I was burning, which is why I hit up on a plan and said, no, I’m not going to skip my sleeping hours and quit caffeine and this decision actually helped me a lot because of that my hundred way of living became joyous and I’ve always been having mundane type of vibe and all of a sudden because of the decision everything became delighted and I I feel much more energized than before. And because of that, I think everyone should initially make this kind of habits to not to skip their sleeping hours since it has become a common thing throughout the world. And the only reason I think people should make this decision because of their own health, if you don’t take care of your health, you will feel sick and distorted in the long run. And that is not a small big decision, but I think it had a fast impact on my day-to-day life and I’m really grateful that I’ve taken up this decision.
