I’d like to share some positive but small change I’ve made to my daily routine actually recently. So this change I’d like to talk about is I started reading books every night before going to sleep. I started reading books when I noticed that my sleep shadow got really worse and I couldn’t sleep at night. I was always having an anxiety, I was really stressful, I was always checking my social media, textings, watching some short videos. and I couldn’t just resist to stop doing this. It was quite difficult for me. I was doing some researches on how do I stop watching some videos on TikTok or just to stop stressing at night. And my YouTuber suggested that I should start reading books and it was really hard for me since I’ve never ever finished a single book in my life. I was never really consistent with any habits I tried to apply in my new life. And so it was really hard for me. But since I started trying to be consistent, it became much easier for me. I started reading books every night. I finished two books already. Of course it was not really easy to implement, but yet I still could implement with it.
