As India is a diverse country, different varieties of products are available in different regions. There are many products which are popular in my hometown, which includes accessories, clothes, even footwear. Many products are used as so-in-race by tourists and many of them are used to gift one another by the local too. One such product which is made in my hometown is a mango pickle, a tangy and a spicy condiment that adds a burst of flavour to any meal. It is famous in many households because it brings a jing to the taste buds and is a perfect side kick to rice, bread or curries, to be honest. Remember when I was a child, maybe around 8 years old, my grandmother gave me a small spoonful during lunch and though it was strong, instantly loved the taste, it was like nothing else or spicy and so all flavours at once. We can buy it from local markets as well as some of those especially during mango season. It is sold in grocery stores around year-round. I return the popular product, also some individuals prefer to make it at home. Then they sell it at a market where you can easily get homemade version which often have our best tangy taste. The process of making pickle is a bit of flavour, flavour that occurs first of all. After that, cut into small pieces, after that the pieces are dried for some days in the sun. Then, drying mango pieces mixed with the lot of spices must have seeds, chilli powder, turnip, salt, roasted fenugreek, family. Finally everything is a sokrina oil preserved roasted fenugreek, finally everything and left in the jars for a few days till the slight and no more fairly yellow developed the flavour as well. Then pickle will be ready in 2-3 weeks when it comes to its popularity. I would like to say that it is popular because of various reasons. First of all it is packed with flavour and can store a long time without spilling because of the salt and the soil as the preservatives, you know, vegetative pickle. Additionally, it is not only carrier taste but also provides a financial support to the reason. Because of its popularity among people to buy it, it helps to add a delicious touch in their meals which make dining experience retire full. All in all, this is the product that is from my hometown.
