I'd like to talk about Red Square, which is located in the center of Moscow City. It's the most famous public place in Russia and I've been there so many times. People can do a lot of things there. You can walk around and look at the buildings, visit St. Basil's Cathedral with its colorful domes, go shopping at GUM, which is a big old department store, or just sit and watch people passing by. On holidays, there are also many concerts and fireworks. As for what it looks like, it's a large square with beautiful buildings around it, the red walls of the Kremlin, the History Museum, and St. Basil's Cathedral, which looks like something from a fairy tale. At night it looks even more beautiful. I think this place is popular because it's historical. It has been important in Russian history for a long time and it's also just amazing to look at. That's why thousands of tourists come every day to take photos there. For people like me who live here, it also feels like a symbol of home.
