Even though I tried to focus, but the noise from people talking, children were crying and the group of young students were arguing over the debate on who will win this IPL season. The vendors were shouting to sell their snacks and cold drinks. I was really surprised by the station was well organised and busy at the same time. This experience taught me an important lesson about staying calm and focused when we were in a public and busy environment. I first encountered this situation when I had to catch an early morning train for a trip. I didn’t expect that place to be that noisy. Looking back I am used of myself for experiencing this trip because it was something new for me. The way people quickly swift and adjusted to the noise made me realise that the importance of adapting to different surroundings. If I ever visit such place again I will be better prepared by getting my noise cancellation headphones to ignore extra noisy sounds. This experience left a lasting impression on me and I will always remember it. In the future I hope to explore more such public places and observe how different environments affect people behaviour.
