Risks are an important part of life. Without taking risks, you can't truly know yourself, how much you're capable of, and what the advantages and disadvantages of your decisions are. And if a risk doesn't turn out well, it still makes you wiser. So today, I'd like to talk about a risk I took that I thought would lead to a terrible result but ended up with a positive outcome: taking dentistry. I wasn't sure about taking dentistry because I wanted to be an ambitious doctor, and I always imagined myself being an MBBS doctor. But due to some reason, I was unable to achieve the required marks for MBBS. So I ended up taking dentistry. Initially, I wasn't interested, and in my first and second year, I didn't like the subject. I didn't want to pursue dentistry. In my first year, I even took another competitive exam without taking a job, but it didn't go well. However, after completing my third year, when I started applying my theoretical knowledge to practical situations and treating patients, it gave me immense pleasure. I was so happy to serve the nation and the people around me. It's a wonderful feeling when you treat your patients, and the smiles they give and the satisfaction from their feedback bring happiness into my life. So taking dentistry was a risk for me, and I thought it would be a terrible decision, but it ended up being a positive one, and I love my profession a lot.
