Okay. So everyone takes a risk in their life. Sometimes they realize they are taking a risk and sometimes they don't even realize that they are taking a risk. One of the most memorable risks I took was the snow trekking in Manali. And I consider it as a risk because I have a respiratory problem in my body that sometimes requires the use of an inhaler or pump. So I was particularly concerned about how the high altitude and adventure activity might increase my breathing issues. Despite these concerns, I decided to go on the trek. Before this trip, I prepared myself thoroughly by consulting with my doctor. They suggested some medications, and I armed myself with medicines and a pump for the trip. I was also doing some physical exercises to build up my stamina. As the trek began, I was nervous. The initial climb was challenging, and I could feel the strain on my lungs. So I took it slow, focused on my breathing, and took frequent breaks. Surprisingly, my breathing became steadier as I adjusted to the altitude, and I did not need to use the pump. The higher we climbed, the more confident I became. This experience taught me the importance of not letting fear dictate my actions. I could overcome challenges that I once thought were impossible. Moreover, this risk not only helped me in completing my trek, but it also boosted my confidence and encouraged me to take on new adventures. As a result, today I'm an official trek leader of Manali's snow trekking.
