Helping someone always gives me a deep sense of relief, and I believe that whatever goes around comes around. People who are in need of help, if we assist them, there might be a situation when we are in need of help ourselves. So this works in a reverse way. I am a deep believer in this psychology. There was a situation when I had one of my close friends back in my university days. He was experiencing a family crisis, and our final examination was at the end of the month. We had to pay our examination fee to the controller's office, but my friend could not manage the money as his family was going through some difficulties. I asked my parents for some extra money and lent it to him so that he could enroll for his examination. At first, he was very hesitant to accept money from me, but I insisted that he could keep it now, and whenever he was okay with his situation and could manage the money, he could pay me back. After these conditions, he was convinced and agreed to accept the money. During that time of crisis, I saw my friend, and his eyes were full of tears because he did not expect something like this from me. Seeing how relieved he felt brought me immense joy, knowing that I could be of help to someone.
