I'd like to say my teacher in university taught me to stay calm in every situation. Why did she teach me? Because, to be honest, I'm always nervous when I start getting ready for an exam or a session. Every time, my body becomes stressed; I can't sleep or eat properly. I become nervous, so she taught me to stay calm at all times. It helped me a lot because after that, I started being less nervous and more confident.
