Yes, there is a skill that I learned from a book titled Don't Believe Everything You Think. So I ran into this book while I was searching for some books in the library, but it came up and popped up for me to read. But I was really intrigued by the title. Don't believe everything you think. And then the book has 13 chapters and then a pandex. It has a tool. So this is a skill how we reduce our overthinking or we stop our overthinking. The acronym of pause represents each tool. First of all pause. I need to pause when I try to think more and overly. And A, ask. Ask yourself. Would this thinking make you feel the way you want and then you understand how your mind works and then as say kind of mantra this is the root cause of suffering and And then lastly, experience. It's kind of you or emotions fully without judgment or resistance or thinking. Just experience fully. I put this tool into my practice in my daily life because I'm a little bit sensitive and I'm overthinking so I I want it to stop overthinking to feel my life better. So, since then, I'm sure my life has been so good.
