Once more, but important chain I made in my daily routines were putting my smartphone all the way one hour before going to bed. I started this hobby about six months ago. After realizing that I was spending too much time scrolling through social media at night and often feeling tired the next morning, it was quite difficult because I had forgotten using YouTube checking notifications or watching short video before sleep. It makes it easier. I began to leave my phone in another room and reading a book instead. After a few weeks I noted that I could fall asleep further and wake up feeling more refreshed. more strength is significant to me because it helps me improve my sleep quality and focus better than the day. It also reminds me that the technology can lead to less spending with technology can lead to out here last time even if it’s just a small interest moment in my routines
