I would like to talk about a small but positive change that made my life better. For around six weeks, I had a problem with sleeping late. I slept at 11 p.m. at night and got only six hours of sleep. I needed to wake up at 5 a.m. in the morning to go to work, so I implemented a new timetable for the next week. I created a schedule so that I could sleep by around 10 p.m. at night. It affected my daily routine in such a way that I had several tasks to do at night. After 10 p.m., I became active and did my work for the next day. I believe that I ate breakfast by 5:15 a.m. in the morning, which has now changed to 5:10 a.m. so that I could manage everything clearly. This change had a beneficial impact on my life because it helped me accomplish daily walking, going to the gym, and eating food at the right time. Moreover, it helped me manage my obesity and be ready to walk fearlessly in front of others. It also allowed me to manage my time effectively. Thank you.
