The change I made to my routine is getting up early. It's a big change for me, actually, because I'm not an early bird. I usually spend my day sleeping, almost half of my day, and staying up late all night. So I'm not really good at this, and this change means a lot to me because it makes me feel productive and useful. I know it sounds ridiculous, but sometimes when I don't complete the tasks I need to do, I feel guilt inside me. This change actually helps me feel less guilt and more useful, which makes me feel better. I'm sure everyone would agree with me. How I maintain it is that I read somewhere that if I drink a lot of water before I go to bed, it makes me need to pee in the morning. So when I wake up, even if I don't want to get up, I rush to the bathroom because I need to pee. This is actually a trick for me. I also try to stay active throughout the day so I can get tired and go to bed early, and obviously, going to bed early helps me get up early.
