I would like to discuss my favorite and special festival in India, which is Diwali, the festival of lights. It occurs in late October or early November. The main reason why I love Diwali is to burst crackers and enjoy lots of sweets. We, of course, wear new clothes for the special occasion. Our family members, cousins, and friends celebrate together, enjoy firecrackers, and spend time together before the night. We used to roam the streets of the city of Madurai. The streets were fully filled with people doing Diwali shopping all the time. That was a really fun festival for us.

So the main reason why I love Diwalis is to burst crackers to have lots of swedats. And we of course have new clothes on the special occasion.
