One sport that I really like is badminton. I play badminton at least three times a week, usually with my friends after school. It's a great way to relax and unwind after a long, busy day. I learned to play badminton when I was in primary school. At that time, our school offered badminton-related physical education courses, and the PE teacher taught us basic skills like how to hold the racket, how to serve, and how to hit the shuttlecock. As I grew older, I continued to practice by watching professional badminton matches on TV and learning from professional players' techniques. I also joined a badminton club in high school, where I could play with more experienced players and learn from them. There are several reasons why I like badminton. Firstly, it is a great form of exercise. It can improve my physical fitness, including my speed and coordination. Running around the court requires a lot of energy, which helps me stay in shape. Secondly, badminton is a social sport, and I can make more friends and expand my social circle.
