One sport that I really like is a basketball. It is a fast-paced game played between two teams. Each team includes five players where the goal is to score pointers by shooting the ball into opponent’s hoop. While also defending your own, the game requires the speed, teamwork, strategy and good coordination. I started playing the game when I was in 5th grade and since then I have a lot improved. Among the students in my school I am considered one of the best players. This makes me feel proud and motivates to keep improving. I love basketball because it gives me a sense of freedom and energy. When I play the game I feel fully focused on the game. The first movement is dribbling, passing, shooting. It makes the game more exciting. It also challenges me physically and mentally, improving the reflexes, endurance and strategy thinking. Additionally, basketball has taught me to make teamwork and leadership as I often guide others during the game. Even though I still play the game in my free time because it gives me joy, confidence, endurance and motivation to keep pushing myself to be a better player.
