At first it was quite small but now it has many customers and several workers. I think he is successful because he is very hardworking and honest. He always treats his customers well and listen to their needs. He also sells good quality products as reasonable price. Another important reason is that he knows how to manage his money and business properly. He is also friendly with his workers so they work happily. I really admire my uncle because he was built his business Through hard work and passion, he has taught me that success does not come easily or overnight. In my opinion, his honesty, good behavior and strong determination are the main sources for his success.
