I would like to talk about a close friend of mine whom I encouraged to do something that she didn't really want to do. I asked her to join a speaking club with me, and she said she didn't really want to join because she felt a little shy and was really afraid of making mistakes. I encouraged her by saying that everyone can make mistakes and that everyone makes minor mistakes. We went to the speaking club together and shared experiences. After some time, I also emotionally supported her. We learned new skills and boosted her confidence. There was a positive change in her life, and I feel very proud because my encouragement helped her improve her skills and made a positive change in her life.
