So, I would like to describe a time when I had to adapt to a significant change in my daily routine. So, seven years ago when I graduated my school in my hometown, I moved to the capital city of Kazakhstan, to Astana, since I entered to the medical university. So, the significant change in my daily routine was to get up very early at 6am and to get up, to organize and to prepare for your whole day in the hospital or maybe at the university. So this change was really, really necessary as I’m a medical student and I needed to be at exactly at exactly 8am in the morning with my uniform, with my medical uniform and with all of my equipment that I need to have. So, and it was really, it was really hard for me and difficult for me since I am a night owl and I felt myself really exhausted, anxious and tired from my school years I used to sleep really really late and get up like at 10 or 11 o’clock because my school routine starts afternoon, in the afternoon. So it was really hard for me to start my day in the early morning. But I adopted it eventually. It took two or three months to feel myself good enough to study and to get a good education, maybe, to get knowledge in my medical sphere. But after that, I think that it was a really good opportunity to balance my daily routine and to have a very good schedule and routine.
