I’d like to talk about a time when I heard true adapt to a very significant change that was unexpected. It was in early May when we were at work. They had to shift us to use a system. We were used to using files when admitting patients and attending to patients and recording each and every thing that we were doing through our patients. So the government decided that we shift through the system where it’s called a T-Babu app, where we were supposed to admit all our clients and document the vital signs, the consultations, the consultation notes, and nursing care plan through that system. At first we really felt confused. We didn’t know how to navigate through the system because it was something new that we had never encountered before. But the hospital management decided that we get a training on how to operate the system. And it took us 24 hours for us to learn the basics. And fortunately, after a month, we were able to use the system without any pressing any challenge. And we have really learned to embrace it and appreciate it because it has helped us to reduce errors that were being made before when we were documenting on the files. And it has improved our quality, the quality of care. And in terms of record keeping, it has also helped us in keeping our clients’ records systematically and has reduced most of the errors that were made initially. So I’ll say this has really helped us and has improved the care that we provide to our clients. Thank you.
