It was on Wednesday afternoon where I was supposed to pick up my mom from a mall called Bindar Exchange near where we live. I saw a grandmother looking terrified and confused, like she was looking for something or someone. Initially, I didn’t want to approach her because I already told my mom where my position was at the time and I didn’t want her to look for me everywhere when she arrived and didn’t find me on the exact spot I already told her. However, I noticed that the people around the grandmother didn’t try to reach out and help her, so I decided to follow my heart and approach her. When I asked her what’s wrong, she said that she lost a key to her house and already went back and forth to the stores that she went to but still couldn’t find the lost key. I told her that I will tell the issue to the front desk and see if there is anyone that could help her with her problem. When I get to the front desk and told the woman in charge about the grandmother’s issue, she apologized and said that no one or no security can help the grandmother with her issue because they were already busy. So we were on our own. I asked her where are the stores that she went to or if she went to a bathroom and she said that she went to a bathroom in the third floor and haven’t checked there yet. So I told her to stay there and I will check it for her. When I got to the bathroom, I saw her key on the ground and somebody came up to me and said that the key was already there for quite a while and nobody there to pick it up in case someone was looking for it. So I grabbed it and give it to her and I felt happy.
