I remember a time when I was at the gym and noticed a guy struggling with his back exercises. He was quite skinny and his technique wasn't great. I decided to approach him and offer some advice. I explained how to perform the exercises correctly, focusing on proper form and technique. I showed him how to do lat raises and bench presses with the right movements. He seemed really grateful for the help and I was happy to share my knowledge.

It was upon a time that I helped somebody in the gym. You know that when you started training, the most people have a bad technique doing the exercises. So I decided to talk to a skinny guy who were doing the back technique about the exercises. So I went to hm him and I talked about how to do the exercises and how to do the right technique. About that, I teach him how to do that. Lot raisesces on, um, some bench.
