I'm an introverted person and I have a small circle of close friends. One of my best friends is named Lara. And I remember how we met and became friends. It was about two years ago when I was fifteen. I didn't have many friends at the time. I decided to try and befriend her, but I was initially hesitant to talk to her. I asked if I could sit with her, which she agreed to. We spent a lot of time together, sharing lunches during recess and getting to know each other. I feel incredibly lucky to have a friend like Lara in my life. I don't have to think twice about whether or not I should ask her for advice or share my thoughts. And I am so grateful and content to have her as a friend.
