As a punctual person, I vividly remember a time when I was late for an important event. It was during my 12th class, and there was a farewell event organized by my school authority at a nearby restaurant. My father was supposed to drop me at the venue, but on the way, our car broke down due to engine trouble. We were fortunate to be near a mechanic's shop, and my father called the mechanic to fix the car. After checking, the mechanic said it would take about an hour to repair. I was devastated, as I was supposed to be at the event and had been given a responsibility by my class in charge. I called my friend to inform them about my situation and apologized for being late. All my friends had already reached the venue and had been waiting for an hour. When we finally arrived, I felt embarrassed and apologized to everyone. My class in charge was initially angry, but I explained the situation, and he eventually understood. As soon as I arrived, I started the occasion, welcomed everyone, and apologized for being late. I felt agitated and frustrated at that moment. This was the first and last instance in my life where I was late for something very important.
