I'd like to talk about the time when I had to use my imagination. I have a nephew named Kean who is four years old. In Iran, I used to spend a lot of time playing with him, and playing with children requires imagination. I often created my own stories, and I had to use my imagination to create different situations, different characters, and different voices to keep him interested. He listened to me carefully and really enjoyed the stories. I think this was a better way than reading from a book. It helped me feel happy and also strengthened my relationship with my nephew. I think storytelling helps children develop creativity and language skills.
