Okay, in everyday life, people usually search for something, and today I would like to specifically talk about one of those moments when I was searching for information about how to relieve my anxiety levels. So it was about 30 months ago when I was studying for my final exams. During the final exam period, I usually hit the books because I work against the clock. Consequently, this increases my anxiety level, and I become more stressed. In order to solve this issue and alleviate my anxiety, I searched for possible ways to ease my stress. First of all, I found a website called BBC. It's a reliable source, and I usually visit this website whenever I am searching for something. I found out that I should pay attention to my eating habits and my sleep schedule. In addition to that, what I particularly find interesting about this website is the organization and the citations. This website cites every source from where the information originates. When it comes to why I needed to search for this information, as I mentioned, I was preparing for exams, and I felt stressed. In order to combat this issue, I applied my search from this website.
