Well, I think customer care is essential element in every business for progress. If uh. A customer service is not good of any organization and know any shop or store. So they do not progress their business here. I would like to talk about one such incidents when I receive a good service by mistake. I remember couple of month ago I visited a new restaurant with my friends during. During the um. Afternoon time. Because the time I feel very hangry uh. Hungry. I feel very hungry. So we visited a new restaurant to try. Try some new foods and uh. Try new disease. And after reaching that we u and I entered. I entered the restaurant and uh. All staff are ##h I thought all starparaiating me and uh. Give some flower and uh. Welcoming me. I’m very surprised to looking that service. I thought it was um. Um. It was that um. Polit. It was that strategy to invite to attract new customer. So I do not uh think. I did not think well. And sit sit on my table. Sit table and looking for. Looking menu for. For ordering u. Ordering meal. Me for me and my friends. Me and my friend uh. After uh. Some time he uh. One waiter come to me and uh. Put some different type of drinks in my table. So I’m very surprised without ordering. Why uh. While he put some drink and uh uh. He asked me to. Don’t worry madam. He is. He is in service. So I take it and u. After some uh. Time he again called me with a special. Special food of this uh. Restaurant and put some oil. So he tried to uh. He tried to convince me to try new foods which is based of this. And u um. One waiter. U. One waiter stand uh. Behind my table to table for any type. I do not face any type of trouble and difficulty for eating food. Also play some for some music which ah. U. Which is which is increased mym. Um. Increase my mood and I eat after that after I complete my meal he come to me and he came to me and u asked me toh. Ask me to told my father it was the best. It was the best of ever. So I’m very surpr. Um. Surprise confus.
